Procurement
Send us the specification.
This page is for purchasing organizations, integrators and primes. ALIA Labs evaluates RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, statements of work, subcontracting requirements, OEM requirements, technical specifications and proof-of-concept requests.

Commercial terms
How the money and the geography work.
ALIA Labs takes on work worldwide. Geography is an execution constraint, not a market boundary, and the terms below apply to every engagement regardless of where it runs.
- Quoted in USDFees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise agreed. Currency conversion is handled per proposal. There is no country-specific pricing.
- Remote by default, on site where requiredALIA Labs works worldwide and delivers remotely by default. Where the work genuinely requires presence, travel is scoped and agreed before it is booked.
- Third-party costs scoped separatelyTravel, shipping, duties and customs, taxes, laboratory work, certification bodies, local contracting and installation labor are scoped and priced as separate lines.
- Materials passed through transparentlyNo undisclosed supplier margin. Where ALIA Labs carries procurement, coordination, inspection or vendor management, that work is scoped and charged as engineering.
- Export controls and eligibilityInternational work is subject to applicable export controls, sanctions, licensing requirements and customer eligibility.
- Licensed work through qualified partnersWhere law or licensing requires a locally licensed engineer, electrical or building contractor, or regulatory sign-off, ALIA Labs manages the engagement and engages the licensed party rather than signing as that discipline.
