Privacy

Privacy policy.

This is a static site with contact and intake forms. This policy covers everything those forms and our hosting collect, and nothing is hidden between the lines.

Effective August 16, 2026

01

What we collect

We collect what you type into our forms: your name, your organization, your email address, and whatever you write in the description fields. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: IP address, user agent, and requested pages.

There are no advertising trackers on this site, no third-party ad cookies, and no cross-site tracking. If we use analytics, they are privacy-respecting aggregate analytics that count page views without building personal profiles.

02

How we use it

We use what you send us to evaluate and respond to inquiries, problem submissions, RFPs and partner applications. We do not use it for anything else.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

Delivering a submission requires service providers, and they process your information only to perform that function on our instructions. Our website hosting, form endpoint and abuse rate limiting run on Cloudflare. Transactional email, which is how a submission reaches us and how an acknowledgement reaches you, is sent through Resend. Both are processors acting for ALIA Labs, not independent recipients, and neither is permitted to use your information for its own purposes.

These providers operate internationally, so information you send may be processed outside your own country. If you are contacting us from a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights, say so and we will tell you how we handle the request.

03

Confidential material

Form fields are not the place for classified, export-controlled or otherwise restricted information. If your inquiry involves sensitive documents, say so in general terms. We will put an NDA in place before any documents are exchanged.

04

Retention

We keep inquiries as long as needed to evaluate them and as reasonable business records. If you want an inquiry deleted, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

05

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send requests to [email protected]. For residents of jurisdictions with data-protection laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, we honor the rights those laws grant. Given how little we collect, most requests are simple to fulfill.

06

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. We do not change it quietly.
